Dominic Amato

Dominic Amato is a native of Metairie, Louisiana and graduated from Isidore Newman School in 1995. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.A. in History and a B.S in Recreation, Parks and Tourism in 1999 and subsequently was a 2002 graduate from Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law. After law school, Dominic went to work with Louisiana’s largest workers’ compensation insurer.

Dominic’s primary practice is insurance coverage analysis and defending workers’ compensation claims, and he represents clients in Louisiana Second Injury Fund Board claims and appeals. He also practices in the areas of general casualty litigation. He has an impressive record as a trial attorney in representation of large corporations and insurers and individuals alike.

Dominic resides in Denham Springs, Louisiana with his fiancée and youngest child. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association, Livingston Parish Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
